Here's what to expect:
Payment upfront by bank transfer only

This allows us to pass on as much savings as possible (some of our merchants charge us close to 10% in fees).

Delivery timeframes of approx 8-12 weeks 

Depending on the time of the year, this may reduce or extend beyond this timeframe. You'll receive regular updates throughout the whole process.

Carton purchases only

To allow us to efficiently handle and dispatch your orders, the minimum order size will be one carton, without any mix and matching of products. Note: we cannot guarantee all white giftboxes will be in perfect mint condition however you will still be protected against any breakages.

Delivery calculated per order

We will quote delivery to ensure you are charged an accurate delivery charge. In many cases, multiple carton purchases will attract a more economical rate and our Adelaide customers will enjoy local pick up and local delivery options.
